DeckStudy is an AI-powered flashcard generation and spaced repetition study platform. We provide tools to create, study, and share flashcard decks generated from user-provided text content.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DeckStudy. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you submit to DeckStudy. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
4. Subscription & Payment
DeckStudy offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our service, you grant DeckStudy a limited license to process your content for flashcard generation. DeckStudy's brand, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
6. AI-Generated Content
Flashcards are generated using AI and may contain errors. DeckStudy does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify information for critical use cases.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
DeckStudy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
DeckStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DeckStudy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
